UQZ系列多参数液位变送器

      

UQZ型多参数液位变送器由液位测量磁性浮球、界位测量浮球，测量导管、测量元件、变送单元、接线盒外壳及安装件等部分组成。浮球与液位或界位同步变化，通过磁耦合作用，使传感器内电阻呈线性变化，再由转换器将电阻变化转换成电流放大至4~20mA二线制标准信号输出，实现被测液位和界位的远距离检测和控制。测量元件采用先进的磁阻磁开关，稳定可靠，抗干扰能力强。变送电路具模块化结构，高精度，高重复性，双路4~20mADC带HART，适用于过程液位测量，界位测量和温度测量。

The UQZ type multi-parameter liquid level transmitter is composed of magnetic floating balls for liquid level measurement, boundary level measurement floating balls, measuring conduits, measuring elements, transmission units, junction box shells, and installation parts. The floating ball changes synchronously with the liquid level or boundary position, and through magnetic coupling, the resistance inside the sensor changes linearly. Then, the converter converts the resistance change into a cur0rent and amplifies it to a 4-20mA two-wire standard signal output, achieving remote detection and control of the measured liquid level and boundary position. The measuring element adopts advanced magnetoresistive magnetic switch, which is stable and reliable, and has strong anti-interference ability. The transmission circuit has a modular structure, high accuracy, high repeatability, dual 4-20mADC with HART, suitable for process liquid level measurement, boundary measurement, and temperature measurement.
