超声波物位计的工作原理是由换能器(探头)发出高频超声波脉冲遇到被测介质表面被反射回来,部分反射回波被同一换能器接收,转换成电信号。超声波脉冲以声波速度传播,从发射到接收到超声波脉冲所需时间间隔与换能器到被测介质表面的距离成正比。此距离值S与声速C和传输时间T之间的关系可以用公式表示:S=CxT/2。

 由于发射的超声波脉冲有一定的宽度,使得距离换能器较近的小段区域内的反射波与发射波重迭,无法识别,不能测量其距离值。这个区域称为测量盲区。盲区的大小与超声波物位计的型号有关。

The working principle of an ultrasonic level meter is that high-frequency ultrasonic pulses emitted by a transducer (probe) are reflected back from the surface of the measured medium, and some of the reflected echoes are received by the same transducer and converted into electrical signals. Ultrasonic pulses propagate at the speed of sound waves, and the time interval required from emission to reception of ultrasonic pulses is proportional to the distance from the transducer to the surface of the measured medium. The relationship between this distance value S, sound speed C, and transmission time T can be expressed by the formula: S=CxT/2.

Due to the certain width of the emitted ultrasonic pulse, the reflected and emitted waves in a small area close to the transducer overlap, making it difficult to identify and measure their distance value. This area is called the measurement blind spot. The size of the blind spot is related to the model of the ultrasonic level meter.

Due to the use of advanced microprocessors and unique EchoDiscovery echo processing technology, ultrasonic level meters can be applied to various complex working conditions.

The "false echo learning" function enables the instrument to correctly confirm the true echo and obtain accurate measurement results under multiple false echo conditions. The transducer

 is equipped with a built-in temperature sensor, which can achieve temperature compensation for measured values. The ultrasonic transducer adopts patented technology with the best acoustic matching, enabling its emission power to be more effectively radiated, improving signal strength, and achieving accurate measurement.
